Full-time role | London

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing & Community Executive to lead and scale Underdays’ creator and influencer strategy.
This role is first and foremost about building meaningful, high-performing influencer partnerships, from strategic long-term relationships to agile, performance-driven creator campaigns. You’ll sit at the intersection of brand, community, and growth, ensuring influencers are a core engine for awareness, credibility, and revenue.
You’ll work closely with the founders and the Head of Creative to position Underdays within culture, identify the right voices to tell our story, and turn authentic creator advocacy into measurable business impact.
While social platforms like TikTok and Instagram are key channels, this role is about strategy, relationships, and results, not being the face of the brand or a full-time content creator.
You’ll Own
Influencer Marketing (Primary Focus)
-
Own and execute Underdays’ end-to-end influencer marketing strategy, with a clear focus on brand awareness, credibility, and conversion.
-
Build a tiered influencer ecosystem (macro, mid-tier, micro, and nano creators), with defined objectives, briefs, and KPIs for each tier.
-
Identify, outreach, and build long-term relationships with creators who genuinely align with Underdays’ values, aesthetic, and audience.
-
Lead creator negotiations, contracts, gifting, and deliverables, ensuring partnerships are commercially sound and creatively strong.
-
Manage and scale the Underdays affiliate programme, driving consistent performance and tracking revenue, ROI, and creator output.
-
Collaborate with Performance Marketing to integrate creators into paid strategies (UGC, whitelisting, testing new formats).
-
Track, analyse, and report on influencer performance, translating insights into clear recommendations and future strategy.
-
Stay ahead of cultural, platform, and creator trends to identify emerging talent and opportunities early.
Community & Advocacy
-
Act as a steward of the Underdays community, ensuring creators and customers feel genuinely valued and connected to the brand.
-
Identify and nurture brand advocates and superfans, transforming organic love into structured advocacy and partnerships.
-
Define and uphold community and creator guidelines, how Underdays shows up, communicates, and builds trust.
-
Support influencer- and community-led activations, including events, collaborations, gifting moments, and digital experiences.
-
Represent Underdays confidently at events, creator meet-ups, and community gatherings when needed.
Content & Social
-
Partner with the Creative team to brief and commission creators on brand and campaign content.
-
Ensure influencer and UGC content aligns with Underdays’ tone, visual identity, and storytelling standards.
-
Maintain a feedback loop between creator performance, community sentiment, and future creative direction.
Note: This role does not require you to be the primary on-camera talent, but it is a bonus.
You Bring
-
3+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate marketing, ideally within DTC, fashion, beauty, or wellness.
-
Proven experience building and managing creator relationships that drive measurable results.
-
Strong commercial and analytical mindset: you understand performance, ROI, and how influencers fit into a wider growth strategy.
-
Deep knowledge of influencer ecosystems across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
-
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once.
-
A genuine interest in wellness, community, and building brands that empower women.
Bonus (Nice to Have, Not Essential)
-
Strong understanding of TikTok trends and creator-led storytelling and confident in building a Tiktok social strategy
-
Experience creating or editing short-form content (e.g. CapCut, Canva).
-
Confidence in contributing ideas for social content or appearing in UGC-style formats when needed.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
-
A chance to own and shape influencer marketing at a fast-growing, female-founded wellness brand.
-
Real autonomy, visibility, and impact, working closely with founders.
-
A collaborative, creative team that values taste, thoughtfulness, and intention.
-
Access to brand experiences, events, and product perks.
