Position
This position is dedicated to elevating the brand's retail standards through the delivery of comprehensive training programs and continuous field-based development. Profile

By monitoring performance metrics and fostering close collaboration with boutiques and central teams, this role optimizes the selling ceremony and service quality to ensure a consistently exceptional client journey in line with global guidance.
Job responsibilities
- Elevate client experience standards by leveraging CX data insights to provide timely floor coaching and ensure a distinguished level of service across boutiques.
- Monitor digital learning completion and training trackers to ensure all team members are consistently and effectively trained.
- Deliver corporate training programs and development activities in line with global guidance to maintain the high values and standards of the House.
- Follow up closely on retail performance outcomes to identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing support to drive excellence.
- Act as a strategic business supporter by aligning training action plans with retail business directions and strategic goals.
- Nurture category expertise and styling skills to enhance the depth and impact of field coaching.
- Organize field coaching sessions to ensure that new hires and managers successfully apply their training on the sales floor.
- Guarantee the application of House standards and procedures in accordance with the brand strategy and core values.
- Monitor service levels post-training and provide immediate spot coaching to bridge the gap between learning and real-world execution.
- Partner with central teams to refine training materials and optimize programs to better suit the local market needs.
Profile
- University graduate or above in related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years' working experience in Retail Training
- Luxury retail experience is preferred
- Mobility to make frequent business trips to various retail locations as required
- Outgoing and inspiring personality with the ability to motivate retail teams to embrace and deliver the brand's vision and values.
- Excellent communication skills, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Self-motivated and proactive independent, player who also thrives as a collaborative team member with a creative mindset.
- Fluent in English and Korean
