The Allocation Coordinator is responsible for owning and executing the allocation and replenishment strategy across the retail store network. The role plays a key part in driving sell-through, reducing missed sales and optimising inventory through structured allocation logic and automatic replenishment.

The project!
The Allocation Coordinator is responsible for owning and executing the allocation and replenishment strategy across the retail store network. The role plays a key part in driving sell-through, reducing missed sales and optimising inventory through structured allocation logic and automatic replenishment.
What will the role entail?
- Own in-season allocation and replenishment across the retail network, ensuring optimal stock availability by store and cluster.
- Manage and continuously optimise automatic replenishment parameters (min/max, coverage, velocity).
- Monitor stock levels and proactively rebalance inventory through transfers and stock optimisation actions.
- Support initial allocations for new product launches and new store openings, to coordinate with stakeholders.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse movements in line with allocation priorities.
- Work closely with Logistics and Retail Operations to ensure replenishment processes are executed accurately and on time.
- Anticipate and resolve stock flow issues that may impact store performance.
- Track and report key allocation KPIs (sell-through, weeks of cover, stock-to-sales ratio, inventory turns).
- Identify risks and opportunities and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Act as a key point of contact between Store teams, Retail Merchandisers, Operations and Logistics.

Requirements:
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in Allocation / Replenishment within fashion or lifestyle retail.
- Minimum English level: C1.Advanced level of Excel
- Proficiency in Adobe and SAP
- Strong analytical and numerical capability with a commercial mindset
- Proactive, structured and ownership-driven
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
