Overview

MONCLER is looking for a Store Operation Manager for its boutique in Istanbul Airport.

Moncler Store Operations Manager, as custodian of store's assets, is accountable for leading all business support activities and processes, always ensuring effective and timely execution.

Our Store Operations Manager, managing and coaching the store team with energy and professionalism, enables the sales team to maximize store performances and provide excellent client service.

Your Impact

Responsibilities and tasks:

- Ensure the Moncler Sales and Service standards are embodied consistently

- Provide motivation to sales team and lead by example at all times

- Drive operational excellence being accountable for efficiency and accuracy of day-to-day Back of House procedures and processes

- Drive Store sales and productivity through key KPI management (store turnover, UPT, Conversion, Productivity and Inventory)

- Analyze reports (sell-through and productivity) and work closely to strategically drive and grow business

- Effectively coach and ensure all store staff complies with company initiatives (Training and Selling Programs, CEM, CRM etc.)

- Develop team to ensure individual growth, employee engagement and career paths for future leaders using consistent communication i.e. One to One touch-bases, team meetings, management meetings and Individual development plans

- Support Company Policies and Procedures

- Understand and proactively respond to the competitive environment, trends and identify future business opportunities

- Plan, undertake and be accountable for all aspects of inventory operations, monitoring loss-prevention and inventory discrepancies.

- Ensure the implementation and execution of after sales service procedures striving for excellent results

- Be the point of contact with regard to transfers in and out.

- Collect all data needed to have a clear understanding of all operations policies and procedures, in preparation to train colleagues and new hires.

- Responsible for daily operations ensuring efficiency and protection of company assets through schedule management, inventory management, cash management, shipping and receiving, adhering to business needs and company policies and procedures.

Qualifications


  • • 5 Years previous experience in a managerial role, in structured Fashion Luxury Retail Companies;

    • Degree with specialization in Retail/Hospitality Management is a plus;

    • Proven excellent client service and stock management skills;

    • Rewarded in team management, recruitment and development;

    • Fluency & sophistication in Turkish, working proficiency in English, while another language is a plus;

    • Digitally aware. Deep knowledge of MS Office and proven experience in clienteling, payments and warehouse management systems and tools.

    • Willingness to evolve in the organization;
