We are seeking talented Fashion Stylists to join our Southampton, NY team.

As a Stylist at Michelle Farmer, you will create exceptional, personalized shopping experiences while driving sales and cultivating long-term client relationships. Your role is to ensure every client feels confident and beautiful, delivering a warm, elevated, and memorable experience to everyone who walks through our doors.

Michelle Farmer is a Made in the USA luxury women’s wear brand and retailer known for effortless chic designs, beautiful workmanship, and exceptional customer service. Our pieces are lovingly made in the USA in our West Palm Beach atelier. We specialize in ready-to-wear, resort wear, evening wear, fine jewelry, home, and bespoke fashion.. 

We currently have boutiques located in Southampton, NY; Palm Beach, FL; The Boca Raton; and Mizner Park with plans for expansion in 2026.

Responsibilities

Style customers and assess fit and individual needs through informed, thoughtful conversation

Greet clients and create a warm, welcoming environment

Conduct customer outreach, pitching looks and key pieces based on each client’s recent purchases and needs

Build strong client relationships through authentic conversation and expert styling advice

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Maintain beautiful, organized merchandise displays

Stay informed and continuously research new arrivals and emerging fashion trends

Work collaboratively with the team

Requirements

Experience in luxury retail fashion sales

Ability to forecast trends

A love of fashion and styling

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to meet and exceed sales goals

Passion for fashion and attention to detail

Professional appearance and presentation

Availability to work weekends and holidays

Basic computer and POS system knowledge
