Your Mission

You will support the execution of On’s IR agenda, contributing to the preparation, coordination, and delivery of core activities while building the foundations for a career in IR. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting investor and analyst engagement through meeting preparation, tracking enquiries, and maintaining engagement records.
• Helping maintain core IR tools and resources, including ownership tracking, analyst coverage, internal materials, and the IR website.
• Helping monitor peer performance, sector developments, and analyst research, and summarising relevant insights for the IR team and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting the operational execution of key investor moments, including earnings calls, roadshows, conferences, and the Annual General Meeting.

Your Story

You bring strong organisational skills, analytical curiosity, and an interest in how companies communicate strategy and performance to investors. You have:
• 1-2 years of experience in Finance, Strategy, or a related field, including relevant internships or early-career roles. Preferably at least a Bachelor's degree in - Finance, Economics, Business, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, combining an interest in storytelling and presentation quality with solid financial literacy and confidence working with data and numbers.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• The ability to build effective internal relationships and collaborate across teams.
• Motivation to develop into a broader IR role with increasing strategic responsibility over time.

Meet The Team

IR connects On with its shareholders and the wider financial community. You’ll join a small, highly collaborative team, sitting in Finance but partnering closely with teams across the organisation and senior management to deliver best-in-class investor engagement across reporting, events, and daily market interactions.
