About CHANGE Lingerie
CHANGE Lingerie is Scandinavia’s largest lingerie chain, with more than 300 stores across Denmark, Scandinavia, and six international markets.
We own the entire value chain—from design and production to retail—allowing us to deliver two main seasonal collections per year as well as weekly new product drops. Fit, comfort, and functionality are at the heart of everything we do.
The Role
As Technical Design Manager, you will lead and develop the technical design department with a continued focus on optimizing fit, quality, and processes across all product categories.
You will work closely with Design and Production and report directly to the Creative Director. The position includes 1–3 annual trips to China to collaborate with our production team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop the technical design team, ensuring high performance and engagement.

Maintain and optimize key pattern block libraries to ensure consistent fit across collections.

Oversee measuring, fitting, grading, and commenting across all development stages.

Oversee new style pattern development in collaboration with our Chinese technical and pattern teams.

Own end-to-end sample tracking and ensure on-time execution of the product development calendar through bulk production.

Drive continuous improvement of technical processes and systems.

Manage daily communication with our production team in China.

Review bulk QC reports weekly and analyze store claims and returns, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and tracked to resolution.

Partner seasonally with Retail Training to communicate fit, product benefits, and USPs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Fit & construction-related claims/returns: ≤ 0.5%

On-time sample delivery: ≥ 95%

On-time bulk approval: ≥ 97%
Professional Qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical design and at least 3 years of people management experience.

Bra fitting knowledge is a plus.
-
Relevant education in technical design and patternmaking.

Expert user of Adobe Illustrator and Lectra.

Experience working with PLM systems.
-
Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience working with international production partners.
