We are currently seeking for a new resourceful team member to join our New Bond Street Boutique for a 6-month internship. You will receive coaching to develop the highest standards of stock handling, customer service and administration and an opportunity to learn from our experienced teams and develop your skills in a luxury environment.

Job responsibilities
- Process deliveries and ensure the stock is correctly integrated to the system.
- Identifying and separating of special-order items from deliveries.
- Follow all Dior procedures, relating to ordering, storing and maintaining of packaging and its areas.
- Carry out replenishment of the shop floorspromptly and as often as required.
- Complete any transfers as required within the UK and Europe.
- Action and report all stock issues: stolen pieces, discrepancies, slow movers, negatives.
- Participate in and support the Stock Management team on weekly, monthly andannual stock takes and ensure targets are met.
- Follow all Dior procedures in regard to product protection, stockroom standards, housekeeping, security tagging and pricing.
- Ensure all stock is appropriately tagged to prevent theft.
- Take all actions necessary to ensure stock is safe and secure.
- Carry out any additional duties as directed by the Management team.
Profile
- Previous stock or administrative experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- The ability to multi-task and work as part of a team.
- Organisation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- A flexible and committed attitude.
- Able to multi-task and to work in fast paced environment.
- Problem solving mindset.
Additional information
- Available to start immediately.
- Must be available for at least 6 months.
- Able to work full-time (40 hours per week, with Monday to Sunday flexibility).
