FULL TIME | SENIOR DESIGNER WOMENSWEAR
We are looking for a talented, creative, and experienced Womenswear Senior Designer to join our design team.
Our ideal candidate should have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to bring creativity to life. The Senior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing new designs, as well as collaborating with other members of the team to develop and refine pieces.

FULL TIME | SENIOR DESIGNER WOMENSWEAR
We are looking for a talented, creative, and experienced Womenswear Senior Designer to join our design team.
Our ideal candidate should have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to bring creativity to life. The Senior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing new designs, as well as collaborating with other members of the team to develop and refine pieces.
Your Impact
- Guide creative research and idea development, in accordance with inputs received from the Head of Design. Including, research development and sketching (by hand).
- Take initiative in exploring and developing new ideas, following the inputs received from the Head of Design.
- Manage the complete design process from conception through to production.
- Support the Head of Design's vision and ensure a high standard of quality and creativity, with attention to detail, across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with Coordination, Product Development, Materials, and Merchandising teams to ensure the brand delivers.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of previous working experience gained in Fashion Design, knowledge of technical sportswear is a plus.
- Previous experience in Luxury brand.
- Degree in Fashion Design.
- Comfortable sketching by hand.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
