Job Details

The Payroll and Administration Lead oversees end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate, timely salary payments, tax compliance, and benefits administration.

This role is responsible to generate all contracts and the documentation needed for the life of the employee within the Company. This role manages employee data, reconciles payroll discrepancies, generates reports for management, and serves as an escalation point for payroll issues.

It requires strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll software, and high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Operations: Manage full-cycle payroll processing, including calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions for all employees.
  • Administration & Data: Maintain accurate employee records, including hiring, termination, and salary changes in the payroll system. Generate al contract and lettering to support the employment lifecycle.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax laws, social security, and labor regulations.
  • Reporting: In strict connection with the external suppliers, prepare and analyze payroll reports, tax reports, and audits.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for complex payroll problems, resolving discrepancies and answering employee inquiries.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR and finance departments to integrate employee data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Lead all Payroll and Admin initiatives across the cluster (Italy, Spain, Turkey): identifying area of improvement and proactively partner with internal and external team to put in place best solutions
  • Time and attendance systems implementations with external suppliers identified (working with project management approach)
  • Focus on Tiffany HR system
  • Collaborate with Compensation and Benefit to analyze the markets and evaluate improvements and changes
  • Leading internal and external Audit in the countries

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics or related fields
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in an HR Administration function, with specific focus on payroll and budget management
  • Strong understanding of payroll procedures, tax regulations, and labor laws.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office tools and reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and mathematical skills, with a high level of confidentiality
  • Proactivity and sense of priorities
  • Previous experiences in multinational companies are an appreciated plus
  • Fluent in Italian and English
