Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly strategic and relationship-driven Ambassador Program Specialist to join our PR & Influencer team at Dynamite. This role will lead, grow, and scale our Brand Ambassador Program, managing both internal and external ambassadors, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring that our program drives brand heat, cultural relevance, and measurable business impact.

Reporting to the Manager, PR & Influencer, this Specialist will act as the program owner, managing day-to-day ambassador relations, shaping program strategy, optimizing performance, and elevating our presence across PR, influencer, affiliate, and community ecosystems. The ideal candidate understands fashion culture and social media, has strong agency or brand experience, thrives in relationship-building, and has proven success in developing structured ambassador or advocacy programs.

Main Responsibilities:

Program Ownership & Strategy
  • Lead the day-to-day management of the Ambassador Program, overseeing internal and external ambassador relationships;
  • Support in shaping and evolving the ambassador program structure, strategy, and roadmap;
  • Identify opportunities to scale, strengthen, and professionalize the program as it grows;
  • Partner with PR, Influencer, Social, Brand, and E-Commerce teams to align ambassador initiatives with business priorities.

Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ambassadors, nurturing long-term, meaningful, and mutually beneficial relationships;
  • Recruit, vet, onboard, and brief new ambassadors to ensure strong brand alignment;
  • Maintain an organized ambassador ecosystem (tiers, categories, regions, performance).

Content, Campaigns, & Partnerships
  • Collaborate with ambassadors to drive content opportunities, program campaigns, and storytelling moments;
  • Work closely with the PR & Influencer team to integrate ambassadors into launches, events, seeding, gifting, and brand moments;
  • Support creative direction to ensure that content and representation feel elevated, on-brand, and culturally relevant and align with specific content pillars.

Performance, Reporting, & Optimization
  • Manage program workflows, calendars, tracking, deliverables, gifting logistics, usage rights, and expectations;
  • Monitor campaign performance, ambassador engagement, content quality, and ROI;
  • Analyze results to provide insights, recommendations, and continuous improvement;
  • Support alignment with affiliate and influencer programs where applicable.


Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, agency, or ambassador program management (fashion or lifestyle strongly preferred);
  • Proven experience managing talent relationships or ambassador communities;
  • Experience working cross-functionally with PR, Influencer, Social, Creative, Paid Media and E-Commerce teams;
  • Strong understanding of influencer, ambassador, affiliate, and creator ecosystems;
  • Background in an agency or brand environment is a strong asset;
  • Experience working with influencer platforms, affiliate networks, CRM or community tools (experience with CreatorIQ is an asset).
