The project!

As a Concessions Merchandising and Planning Intern, you will support the Concessions Merchandising team in all tasks related to stock management, positioning and objectives in our points of sales.

What will the role entail?
  • Stock management and optimization: Support annual stocktakes, manage weekly receiving, oversee stock transfers and system adjustments, monitor replenishment and product release status, and maximize stock efficiency and profit flow.
  • Product reporting and performance analysis: Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly reports (best sellers, sell-through, top 10, slow movers, out-of-stock, clearance), monitor sales performance and KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to support buying decisions.
  • Product documentation and order management: Create and maintain product wikis and product books, process initial orders, and support product purchasing and assortment planning.
  • Promotions and markdown management: Analyze promotional performance, prepare communications and product listings, and ensure accurate execution across channels.
  • Coordination with retail locations: Maintain ongoing communication with stores to manage requests, follow up on operational needs, and coordinate processes such as returns, price changes, launches, and promotions.
  • Selfridges (Online & Retail) operations: Oversee reporting, replenishment, and product release; manage SAP store setup, sales integration, stock monitoring, PRICAT internal coding, shipment bookings prior to dispatch, and support online store management (assortment, product descriptions, imagery).

Requirements
  • University degree or higher in Business Administration, Analytics
  • Languages: high Level of Spanish and English (min. C1) any other languages are a big plus.
  • IT Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time-management, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
