Job Details
HELIOT EMIL is seeking a strategic Marketing & Performance Specialist to drive the brand’s performance marketing initiatives across digital channels. This role bridges creative, data, and e-commerce, ensuring campaigns are precise, innovative, and aligned with brand identity.
Desired skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital channels.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing, performance metrics, and ROI-driven decision making.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and how paid campaigns can complement lifecycle marketing.
- Competence in data analysis, reporting, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, including ad tracking and integration.
- Understanding of luxury or premium brand positioning and how to tailor campaigns to high-end audiences.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing planning including paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and emerging platforms, covering full-funnel planning (prospecting, retargeting, scaling), audience strategy, and budget allocation.
- Drive performance through continuous CRO, creative testing, landing page refinement, and structured experimentation to maximize ROAS, CPA, and overall profitability
- Develop and execute cross-channel marketing initiatives, including newsletters and organic social content, ensuring cohesive storytelling and alignment with product launches and paid campaigns.
- Own and maintain the marketing calendar, coordinating launches, campaigns, and content across paid, CRM, and organic channels.
- Own and maintain reporting structures, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Support international expansion through localization strategy and scalable campaign structures.
- Contribute to cross-functional business initiatives and operational projects across e-commerce and marketplace channels.
- Stay ahead of platform developments, trends, and best practices to ensure innovation and competitive advantage.
