Job Details
You will provide direct support to the Founder and assist in the day-to-day operations of the company. This role combines executive-level personal assistance with general affairs and office administration, and requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and flexibility in a fast-paced fashion environment.
【Key Responsibilities】
- Arrange and manage travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and restaurant reservations, as well as changes and cancellations
- Calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Coordination and purchase of collection samples and related items
- Handling payment-related administrative tasks in coordination with the accounting team
- Supporting general affairs and office operations, including day-to-day administrative support
- Providing additional support as needed
