We are looking for a highly motivated and solution-oriented professional to join our Group Strategy & Corporate Development Team as Senior Manager Strategy Execution & Transformation (m/f/d), where you will play a pivotal role in leading and accelerating key transformation programmes across the company. In this role, you will drive impactful change, act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, and help shape the future of HUGO BOSS by ensuring that transformation initiatives deliver measurable success.

What you can expect:

• Lead major transformation programmes , taking overall responsibility from design and strategic alignment to execution and impact measurement.
  

• Apply strong business acumen to assess transformation implications across the entire HUGO BOSS value chain, ensuring all functional areas are aligned toward overarching goals.
  

• Drive stakeholder and change management by partnering closely with senior leaders, creating transparency, and securing buyin to effectively cascade transformation objectives throughout the organization.
  

• Act as a strategic counterpart , representing HUGO BOSS in collaboration with external partners, ensuring seamless cooperation and results aligned with Group priorities.
  

• Monitor impact and progress , establishing clearKPIsand governance structures to ensure successful delivery of transformation outcomes.
  

Your profile:

• Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent.
  

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in transformation management, management consulting, or corporate project management.
  

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation or change programmes.
  

• Ideally, previous experience in fashion, lifestyle or beauty industry.
  

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills paired with a structured, results-oriented approach.
  

• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  

• High commitment to quality, precision, and pragmatic problem-solving.
  

• Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  

• Excellent communication skills in German and Englishlanguage,bothoral and written.
