​Reporting to: Head of Branding & Graphic Design

 

Location:  Head Office, White City Place, West London 

 

Contract Type: Full time, 40 hours per week

About the Role:

 

ME+EM are seeking An in-house digital designer at ME+EM creates compelling visual content across our digital ecosystem – website, email, paid media, and editorial, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, E-comm, Social, and the wider Creative team, working confidently across BAU and campaign spikes.

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Website & onsite: Design, prepare, QA and upload homepage modules, landing pages and campaign blocks; partner with E-comm to publish and ensure a cohesive UXacross devices.

  • Email design & build: Create marketing and lifecycle emails, contribute to the transactional refresh, and maintain/update automation templates; export/slice assets ensure accessibility compliance and brand consistency.

  • Paid media assets: Produce static, carousel and lightweight motion/GIF creative for Meta, Pinterest, Google/YouTube; deliver in multiple ratios and localisations; support monthly launches and higher-volume “double” months (e.g., around seasonal collections).

  • Editorial & drops: Design editorial layouts and assets and support regular digital drops; translate campaign toolkits into effective digital executions.

  • Asset adaptation & management: Retouch, crop, resize and version imagery/video; maintain well-structured libraries and tidy Figma files for team access.

  • Guidelines & systems: Help evolve our Figma Design Guide, components and templates to drive quality and speed.

  • Collaboration & comms: Work with Brand, Copy, Performance Marketing and Social to clarify briefs, present options, take feedback and iterate quickly – balancing craft with deadlines.

  • Continuous improvement: Keep an eye on platform specs, best practices and fashion/e-comm trends; propose incremental refinements to boost performance and consistency.

 

 

 

Skills

 

  • Experience in digital design (brand or agency) with a portfolio spanning web, email, and paid social. (Exceptional candidates with ~1–2 years and strong multi-channel work will be considered.)

  • Tools: Proficient in Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign helpful).

  • Basic motion (GIFs/light edits) in After Effects or Premiere is a plus.

  • Craft: Excellent typography and layout, strong image treatment, meticulous eye for detail and consistency.

  • Channel fluency: Comfortable producing multi-ratio assets, preparing files for

  • responsive contexts, and supporting larger monthly launches and peak periods.

  • Ways of working: Clear communicator, organised, calm under time pressure; able to take a brief from concept to final assets and juggle multiple priorities.

  • Nice to have: Basic HTML/CSS for email or CMS familiarity; interest in fashion/retail e-comm; experience with localisation (FR/DE).
