Your Impact
The Financial Controller is responsible for strengthening profitability and planning accuracy through structured budgeting and forecasting, effective margin control, and continuous optimization of financial systems and reporting processes.
Activities:
- Oversee group financial controlling and FP&A activities
- Coordinate and orchestrate the monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing process
- Support P&L closing and financial reporting with variance analysis and performance insights
- Manage and improve budgeting and forecasting processes at group level
- Monitor and control Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and gross margin performance
- Supervise inventory valuation processes and stock accounting methodologies
- Ensure proper financial data integration across ERP and reporting systems
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams on system optimization and data quality
- Prepare consolidated financial reports and support group consolidation activities
- Standardize reporting processes and improve financial workflows across the group
Qualifications
Who We Are Looking For:
- 8/10 years of experience in a similar role in a structured international Group
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SAP
- Fluency in both Italian and English

- Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and geographies.
- Available for business travel
