The project!

As a part of our Consumer Engagement team, the International Marketing Specialist is in charge of marketing and trade marketing strategies and execution, leading, aligning and controlling international retailers and partners' business plans globally for Pepe Jeans. This role supports the global team to ensure excellence in marketing plan implementation and global expansion business growth.

What will the role entail?
  • Local Marketing & GTM Strategy: Define and execute local marketing and go-to-market plans aligned with Global Brand strategies, adapting campaigns, assets, and messaging to each region.
  • Wholesale & Trade Marketing Execution: Drive sell-through through trade marketing initiatives, coordinating POS materials, promotional tools, external suppliers, and in-store brand implementation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Global Brand, Sales, Retail, Wholesale, and International teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
  • Insights, Reporting & Performance Tracking: Capture local market insights, monitor marketing activations, produce monthly performance reports, and measure campaign effectiveness through KPIs.
  • Budget Management & Brand Governance: Plan, track, and report marketing budgets, ensure brand protection, and provide strategic insights to support international business growth.

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Technical requirements: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Google Docs/Slides/Sheets.
  • Experience in trade marketing, wholesale operations, international markets and distributor management.
  • Experience in retail, fashion, beauty or FMCG appreciated but not essential.
  • Passion for fashion, marketing and innovation, with strong organizational, planning and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
