SAP SD/MM/CAR Senior Project Manager (W/M)

Position

Dior launches an ambitious Enterprise transformation program encompassing Supply chain, Manufacturing and Finance operations. This global transformation is powered by SAP S/4Hana core model connected to planning systems, OMS, WMS and POS.

This position is a unique opportunity to serve as a software solution architect and SME focusing on Supply Chain Solutions (SAP S/4 at the core).

As a senior SAP Project Manager, you will guide SAP S/4 system implementations and evolutions for the supply chain, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.

Your role will cover replenishment, distribution logistics (warehouses, stores), sales (in-store, e-commerce), and omnichannel capabilities.

Job responsibilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Leading functional architecture analysis, research, design and development of new functionality and integration with key applications and services under SAP ecosystems
• Participating in functional architecture design reviews, in the product roadmap and product strategy definition
• Contributing to the overall multiple deployments (roll-outs) of the SAP Core Model solution, in a position to coordinate, challenge and validate the delivery of IT vendors.
• Developing a deep understanding of DIOR business processes and strategy through collaboration and regular engagement with key stakeholders and process owners
• Guiding the development team to develop, configure and implement the solution as per the product development standards to meet business requirements
• Collaborating with other functional architects and business analysts to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency
• Participating and/or leading in design sessions, demos, and prototype sessions, testing and training workshops with business users and other IT associates

Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

• Higher education in computer science, engineering, or equivalent
• Significant experience (minimum 8 years) of SAP, ideally in Retail or Luxury industry
• System core skills: SAP MM&SD/LE (SAP CAR is a plus)
• Strong configuration experience, ability to determine when to use configuration vs. code as well as advanced troubleshooting skills
• POS/OMS integration experience a plus.
• Ability to translate functional specifications into technical design documents, provide estimates and deliver the desired functionality
• Knowledge of global SAP deployment methodologies and support models
• Demonstrate ability to communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications
• Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
• Fluent in English

Occasional travel in foreign countries.
