MIU MIU & Other Brands Performance Media Specialist

JOB PURPOSE

The Performance Media Specialist will manage SEM campaigns for Miu Miu, coordinating agencies, developing and implementing strategies, overseeing campaign performance, and providing valuable insights to drive business objectives. She/He will report to the Performance Media Manager being part of the Performance Media Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute SEM strategies aligned with the overall marketing calendar.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to procure and manage creative assets and copy for SEM campaigns.
• Ensure accurate implementation of ad creatives, product feeds, and tracking parameters. Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting agency objectives as needed.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and propose new features to enhance channel performance.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of performance marketing tools and platforms. Proven track record in managing ROI-driven and conversion-focused ecommerce campaigns.
Excellent knowledge of SEM tools and platforms.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Fluent in both Italian and English (C1 level minimum).
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Management, or Advertising.
