The project!:

As a Back Office Retail Operations Specialist, you will support all retail processes and stores in pre-season, in-season and post-season activities to ensure our stores can receive, process, sell, and transfer merchandise in an effective way..

What will the role entail?:

• To control and reconcile the process of deliveries reception, returns to warehouse, stock transfers, stock takes, analysis of discrepancies, and other retail operations tasks
• Training and operational support to stores Preparation of manuals and procedures for stores.
• Weekly and Monthly operational KPIs for stock in transit Reporting
• Performing reconciliations and verifications to ensure the integrity of retail data transactions POS/ ERP SAPR3
• Preparation of "month end reporting" for retail & finance departments
• Collaborate with other team members in managing tasks related to the Sales Processes area, OMS, and any other activities required due to workload demands.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate in Business Administration, Logistics or a similar field.
• Fluent in Spanish. Advanced level of English.
• Good level of Excel & SAP
• Analytical mindset, process oriented.
