About the Role
The Senior Analyst will maintain the data integrity of the Distribution Center (DC) inventory in all the various inventory systems. This position requires thorough understanding of our corporate and warehouse systems. The Senior Analyst will need to escalate any issues with IT and leadership when issues with the audit resync occur. The candidate should have strong multitasking abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

About the Role

What You'll Do
- Review and assess current operational processes in DC Support by providing input and opportunities for improvement
- Understands the Distribution Center (DC) inventory systems and how theyimpactthe financialstatements(Online/Retail/International DCs)
- Responsible forensuring the integrity and accuracyof DCinventory activity.This includes reconciling transactional flow with upstreamsystems,anddriving resolution of sync issues.
- Manages themulti-Brandreconciliation processforNorthAmericanandInternational DC's
- Responsible for analyzing DC inventory results and reporting
- Partnerswith IT todrive systemic issue resolution, root cause analysis, and fix implementation
- Represent DC Supportin strategic and future growth initiatives
- The candidate is expected to currently reside in Hyderabad, India.
- Ability to adapt when necessary to work extended hours (including weekends)based on business needs
Who You Are
- Broad understanding of finance, including business strategy and financial systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability in making decisions and exercising good judgment.
- Subject matter expertise in business process and technology, with the ability to address highly complex technical issues.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence people and processes.
- Intermediate excel skills and other tools such as Power BI and Power Queries
- Bachelor's degree in a business related field; MBA a plus
- 5+ years business experience
- Previous experience in Finance, retail a plus
