Join our team at ZARA Avion in Bratislava as a Store Manager!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning, managing, and controlling store processes to maximize profit
- Personnel management
- Motivating your team of employees to ensure a pleasant working atmosphere
- Responsibility for stock inventory
- Setting a positive example in providing customer service and implementing our corporate philosophy

SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Experience in a managerial position (at least department manager) in the retail sector for at least 3 years
- High affinity and knowledge of relevant metrics
- Organizational skills
- Interest in fashion and the latest trends
- Positive attitude, communication skills, and high commitment
- Good knowledge of Slovak and English (min B2)

Salary conditions (gross):

€2,856.70 per month with possible monthly bonuses based on achieved sales.
