Job Details

Overview: The Manager, Retail Operations reports to the Director, Retail Excellence and functionally to the Global Retail Operations Director. In strong collaboration with regional teams, he/she monitors operational performance of all store operations inclusive of audit compliance, stock control, inventory flows and accuracy, team operational productivity, stock organization in order to deliver the Unique Tiffany Client Experience. He/she will drive the culture of continuous improvement via assessment, action planning, and follow-up. He/She is a hands-on person, able to simplify processes, agile and a problem solver, who has a deep knowledge of how to run store operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:
  • Monitor operational performance of all store operations, including audit compliance, stock control, inventory flows and accuracy, team operational productivity, stock organization.
  • Drive optimal operations, inclusive of scheduling, in-store product flow, and organization of teams to deliver a unique Tiffany l Client Experience
  • Identify the optimal product flow in the store (from BOH to FOH), including drawer organization for a seamless Client Experience
  • Ensure the 100% adoption of mobile tools for the client-facing operations
  • Identify efficient actions to minimize operating costs and operational risks
  • Partner with Retail Leaders and Store Managers on all Retail Operation activities and strategically enhance processes as opportunities are identified
  • Implement and maintain the new grooming guidelines
  • Ensure company directives and policies are followed, such as PI, Cycle Counts, Price Changes, COM inventory, etc.
  • Implement, train, and monitor the use of all sales support systems, such as cashiering systems, customer applications, inventory, services, E-commerce, and performance analysis tools.
  • Provide feedback on current tools, policies, and procedures
  • Drive market audit compliance with Audit teams.


Inventory Management:
  • Ensure accurate Physical inventory is carried out within all Stores including scheduling, vendor relations, JDE, training, and participation.
  • Review the market's inventory management processes and ensure efficient processes are in place.
  • Ensure store inventory accuracy and availability to optimize customer service.
  • Monitor stock adjustments, open orders, watch orders, NOFF location, kickouts, borrowed merchandise, and similar market-wide.

Special Projects:
  • Coordinate with Store Planning/Maintenance on new openings, renovations, and minor workflow
  • Drive new tools implementation and coordinate store issues follow-up with IT (lead new release.)


Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of retail and operations experience in luxury retail
  • BA or BS degree or greater
  • Problem solver
  • Able to rethink the process and to simply
  • Agile and with an entrepreneurial spirit, finding new approaches and solutions to the challenges of this role.
  • Business acumen, numerical agility, and forward-thinking
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese preferred.
  • Jewelry background would be a plus
