Position Overview
Support the EMEA Advertising & Campaign Management team, in receiving, briefing, producing and delivering campaigns. Work with freelancers and agencies to deliver on all briefs in a timely manner. START DATE: March 2026 - for 12 months, 9 months minimum. An internship agreement is MANDATORY for this position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Day-to-day Oversee and produce campaign assets for all kind of campaigns (evites, invitations, menus, web banners, social media formats) Brief and liaise with agencies Prioritise and manage deadlines System administration Manage communications highlighting newly posted imagery/videos Utilise the team creative planning system Seasonal support Support major 360 campaigns Manage the production of all seasonal POS for all brands

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Strong organisational skills Creative mind Positive, dynamic approach Self-driven Flexible - ability to pivot quickly if deadlines / priorities change Strong IT skills: Excel and PowerPoint, understanding of the Adobe creative suite (InDesign, Photoshop). Fluent spoken and written English and French is essential (Proficiency, CPE) - additional EU language is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and to a tight schedule
