We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to join our NYC team, working closely with the Senior Brand Partnerships Director. In this role, you will drive revenue across digital, social, print, and experiential activations by developing strong, consultative partnerships with leading brands. You bring a deep understanding of the media and brand landscape, a strong network, and a proven ability to close impactful, long-term deals.
You'll collaborate cross-functionally with creative, editorial, strategy, and production teams to deliver custom solutions, while confidently presenting Highsnobiety's capabilities to clients. A passion for storytelling, style, culture, and the communities shaping today's creative landscape is essential.

The range is based on many factors including location, experience, and relevant skill set. YOUR MISSION:
- Drive new business by prospecting and securing new brand partners through your established network
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for long-term partnership
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to uncover new revenue opportunities
- Lead internal client briefings and partner closely with creative teams to develop and pitch compelling, insight-driven creative solutions
- Navigate contracts, pricing models, and deal structures to support profitable partnerships
- Oversee active and prospective campaigns to ensure successful execution and performance
- Proactively identify and develop new commercial opportunities across platforms
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis
YOUR SKILLS:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or account management, ideally within media, publishing, or a brand-led environment
- Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue within a relevant organization
- Strong strategic and problem-solving skills, paired with clear and confident written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, synthesizing feedback and aligning stakeholders around shared objectives
- Experience negotiating with senior-level clients and agency partners
- Genuine interest in style, culture, and emerging trends across social platforms and digital media
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Open to feedback and thoughtful in delivering constructive input to others
