As Department Manager, you connect assortment, team, and customers.
You manage your department with attention to detail, develop your team, and ensure every area reaches its full commercial potential.

You analyze numbers, customer behavior, and trends on your floor.
Together with your team, you set priorities, optimize processes, and make decisions that drive sales. Your department is your business - and you lead it with clarity and passion.
