As Compliance Manager Greater China your main contribution will be to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of compliance program as well as functional internal control system, in particular within the Retail channel.
You will report to the Group Accounting & Compliance Director in Stockholm and you will partner very closely with the Head of Retail for Greater China as well as the Head of Operations and Omni Clients Experience based in Stockholm (Global HQ).

WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will play a vital role in:
Global Compliance Framework
- Design and maintain a comprehensive compliance program aligned with global and local policies, processes and procedures
- Implement enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Conduct internal audits and investigations related to compliance breaches
Internal Control System
- Design, implement, and oversee the Group's internal control framework to ensure operational efficiency and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure controls are embedded in key processes (e.g., procurement, retail operations, retail development, inventory management, tax, treasury, financial reporting…)
- Conduct periodic reviews and testing of internal controls, while recommending improvements and corrective actions
Training & Awareness
- Deliver internal compliance training programs to employees globally, ensuring understanding of policies and ethical practices
- Promote a strong compliance culture across all business units
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare compliance and internal control reports for senior management and the Board
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal compliance-related inquiries across the group

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance or Business Administration; overseas education or experience is considered as a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, internal controls, or risk management, preferably in fashion/luxury, retail, or consumer goods
- Strong knowledge of Chinese regulatory framework and global compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
