PRADA Retail Merchandising Senior Manager

JOB PURPOSE

This position is responsible for achieving sales targets of Prada Women's BAGS and ACC (SLG, Fashion Jewelry, Hat, Hair ACC, Eyewear, Fine Jewelry, Fragrance, Porcelain, etc.) for all Prada Boutiques/Shops by executing Buying and Retail Merchandising activities working closely with Headquarters and Japan Retail Functions.

Analyzing the distinctive features of the market in terms of sales, trends, and characteristics of the clientele in order to acquire an extensive understanding of the market and to remain constantly up to date.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for management of Women's Bags and ACC team
• In charge of the buying process, in line with the selection of Headquarters Master Order
• Handle replenishment from warehouse and rebalance products, also working with Headquarter Regional Merchandiser, to achieve sales and sell-through target
• Analyze the sales performance and sell-through, prepare weekly sales data and report, supervise the local market to ensure the right management of the stock and the proper replenishment, well timed to seize the business opportunities
• Work closely with the Headquarter Regional Retail Merchandising Department to ensure product availability
• Visit frequently Boutiques/Shops in the Region to provide assistance and feedback to increase performance
• Analyze the distinctive trait of the market in terms of trends, positioning of competitors and characteristics of the clientele and continuous transfer significant information to the Headquarters
• Facilitate seasonal Product Training to all the shops.
• Develop sales strength of Store Managers and Staffs
• Participate in periodical Store Managers' Meeting to increase the effectiveness in terms of communication.
• Work closely with Visual Merchandising Team to ensure the Prada image in the shops
