JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Head Cashier (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team in our PRADA Outlet Store in Roermond. As a Head Cashier, you will ensure that every customer transaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your role will be crucial in providing exceptional in-store experiences and maintaining the high standards of PRADA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the cash desk and management of the cash team
• Sale of our high-quality collections, support of the sales floor team
• Qualified customer service and customer loyalty
• Tax free experience
• Professional complaint management
• Cash balance, cash opening and checkout

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Training in retail or comparable professional experience in the area of cashiering

High sense of responsibility and reliability

Proven team management skills

High degree of flexibility and a positive charisma

Enjoy dealing with demanding, international customers

Fluent spoken English expected
