The Client Relations Intern will play a vital role in supporting our dynamic Client Relations teams across Tiffany & Co., Malaysia. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CRM, Client Events, the Client Experience and Client Gifting while witnessing the real-world application of luxury retail concepts in a luxury environment.
We are seeking an intern who can commit full-time for at least three to six months.

Responsibilities
Reporting and Client Analysis
- Help with monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assist in analyzing client data and CRM programs to understand what's working well
- Track the success of major sales events and client activities by working with retail teams
- Create client lists and reports as needed, and work with global teams if there are issues
- Share insights from data, including market and competitor information
Clienteling & CRM Support
- Assist retail teams with creative and logistical support for in-store events
- Assist with follow-up for events and programs, including client development activities
- Support client gifting initiatives, managing regional orders and allocations
- Contribution to the regional coordination of overseas events to support the client experience
- Compile and support on preparation of strategy and events presentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written/verbal communication and diplomacy skills
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Attention to detail and accuracy
