As Retail Manager, you contribute actively to the commercial and operational success of the retail network. Working closely with the Head of Retail, you oversee store performance and operations, ensure alignment across stores, and support the achievement of business objectives. You act as a link between store teams and central functions, driving consistency, communication, and operational excellence.
In parallel, you enhance sales and service capabilities through targeted coaching and development initiatives, ensuring each store delivers an exceptional client experience and embodies the brand's values.

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
·Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury/fashion retail, including coaching or training capacity.
·Strong understanding of sales processes, clienteling, and retail operations.
·Proven ability to drive performance through people development and commercial insight.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
·Fluent in both English and Korean

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Store Management Support
- Support the Head of Retail in overseeing retail performance, ensuring stores achieve commercial targets and operational excellence.
- Coordinate communication between the Head of Retail, store teams, and external partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and KPIs, providing reports and insights to drive business decisions.
- Assist in preparing presentations, business reviews, and analytical reports for management.
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal functions to support store operations.
- Assist with and follow up with the retail calendar planning (sales events, store visits, openings, seasonal activities).
- Act as a key liaison during the Head of Retail's absence to ensure business continuity and alignment across stores.
Training/Coaching
- Drive sales and KPI performance by coaching, training, and developing store teams in selling, service, and product expertise.
- Identify sales opportunities and performance gaps in collaboration with Store Managers, and propose targeted action plans.
- Design and implementcoaching programs to enhance KPIs, clienteling performance, and conversion rates.
- Deliver in-store and virtual training sessions, workshops, and follow-up coaching to reinforce skills and engagement.
- Support the rollout and adoption of clienteling tools and service excellence initiatives.
- Follow up on client experience evaluations and lead improvement actions.
- Act as a role model on the shop floor to inspire and motivate retail teams.
- Support the continuous development of Store Managers' coaching and feedback capabilities.
- Contribute to the design and localization of training materials to reflect market needs and brand values.
