JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Receive and communicate monthly Floor Set and Floor Set Guide to store team
  • With store management team install monthly Floor Set supported by VM Coordinator
  • With store management team use store financial analysis and KPI's to influence product placement
  • Liaise with VM Coordinator on stock levels and placement throughout floor life of product
  • Apply and maintain all VM standards to the Visual Standards Guide
  • With store management team confirm standards to Daily VM Checklist
  • Support and train CSP's in relevant visual guidelines
  • Train store team in brand vision, floor sets and visual standards
  • With VM Coordinator ensure all store team wardrobing is current and to brand image
  • Participation in regional new store openings
  • Providing additional support to neighboring cluster of stores according to business needs


REQUIREMENTS
  • Substantial experience within Visual Merchandising position, ideally in a luxury or Accessory environment and currently working within Visual Merchandising.
  • Excellent knowledge of luxury brands and trend awareness
  • Proven record of various creative projects and enjoy working as part of a fast paced environment
  • An organized, hands-on visual merchandiser, you'll be in your element in a fast-paced and pressurized retail environment
  • Commercial awareness & influencing skills to develop visual merchandising standards across stores
  • Excellent communication skills
