As the Associate Vice President for Industry Partnerships, you will transform students' educational experiences by leading SCADpro — the university's renowned innovation and design studio. In this role, you will create a powerful bridge between emerging creative talent and industry leaders, securing transformative projects that provide students with real-world experience while delivering exceptional value to global brands. You will identify and forge elite partnerships with top-tier companies, while giving SCAD students unprecedented access to career-launching opportunities. By mentoring department leaders and staff, you will ensure the team consistently meets ambitious performance targets and achieves exceptional results.

In addition to overseeing the strategic growth of SCADpro, you must have a proven track record of directly driving sales and cultivating long-term client relationships. This role requires hands-on sales expertise, with the ability to identify, pursue, and secure high-value partnerships that align with SCAD’s mission. You will lead business development efforts, negotiating and closing deals that expand SCADpro’s client portfolio. Moreover, you will oversee a high-performing sales team, setting clear sales targets, coaching team members, and ensuring revenue goals are met or exceeded.

Your expertise in relationship building will be critical as you expand SCADpro's client base, maintain existing partnerships, and activate cross-departmental collaboration. Additionally, you will scale SCADpro assignments strategically, integrating forward-thinking business solutions that address client challenges while creating career-defining opportunities for SCAD students. This position must foster effective collaboration with academic services and departments, ensuring well-chosen partners and projects that benefit students in the accredited SCADpro courses. If you're ready to leverage your expertise in sales and industry partnerships to deliver innovative solutions and elevate SCADpro's impact, this is the role for you.
