Reporting to the Concierge & Virtual Sales Manager, we are looking for a highly motivated Brand Stylist to maintain high standards of excellence in delivering the unique Safiyaa customer experience. This individual will join our US Team and will be based full-time from our New York location.
Responsibilities:
- Organising and managing all client appointments, fittings and follow ups
- Driving private studio sales through building long-term relationships with clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Converting new clients into loyal brand ambassadors through tailored shopping experiences, with personable and warm follow-up communication
- Actively communicating and providing knowledge about Safiyaa products and collections, advising clients on building their wardrobe with Safiyaa timeless garments
- Showcasing newness and promoting the full Safiyaa collection
- Have deep knowledge on Safiyaa products, and able to answer any client query
- Advise clients with fit and styling, fabric and embroidery options
- Actively use 3D scanning technology, pattern maker’s suggestions and knowledge to deliver a made-to-measure experience
- Coordinate the fittings calendar and communication between the studio and the atelier regarding the timely delivery of clients’ garments
- Correctly process all client sales and add any additional communication needed to produce orders through Shopify, Teamwork and other apps suggested for the sales team
- Ensuring the private studio is always kept tidy and prepared for appointments (merchandising guidelines are always followed, drinks/snacks are provided, garments are steamed and prepared, the studio has enough packaging materials, embroidery and fabric samples, fittings tools, soap, water, kitchen staples etc.)
- Ensure all garments are steamed and well presented
- Organising and ensuring stock is always tidy, regularly reviewing products needed for the studio, and requesting those from the atelier; keeping clients’ garments that are kept in the studio in a tidy and organised manner
- Working closely with the press team on sample loans and following up on their return in a timely manner
- Ensuring all garments on display are per the correct specification (check on PLM) and any defects are sent to be fixed, and followed up to be returned in real time
- Assisting in the preparation of wholesale appointments, and assistance during
- Assisting and participating in sales events, trunk shows and other sales activities
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as necessary
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience ideally within a luxury brand
- Strong Clienteling skills and experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment
- Ability to initiate contact and communication effectively
- Motivated by being a great teammate with a common goal
