JUNIOR PRODUCER
As our Junior Producer, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating creative productions at Axel Arigato. Guided by the Content Production Manager, you’ll support e-commerce, campaign, and other shoots, manage logistics, and oversee pre- and post-production tasks to ensure seamless execution and high-quality results. While assisting on large-scale campaigns, you’ll also take ownership of smaller productions. This role is based out of our London Office, located in Farringdon.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 

Event & Small-to-Mid-Level Shoot Coordination:

  • Lead the planning and execution of smaller shoots and event content capture, including setup, talent booking, sample preparation, and logistics.
  • Provide on-set support, managing samples, and external suppliers.
  • Maintain budgets and ensure timely processing of supplier invoices.
  • Develop and manage post-production timelines aligned with live asset dates.

Large-Scale Production Support:

  • Assist with campaigns and shoots by handling production logistics such as sample preparation, scheduling, courier coordination, and administrative tasks (e.g., call sheets, invoices).
  • Track expenses, upload receipts, and liaise with Finance to ensure accuracy.
  • Proactively address production challenges and coordinate sample transportation.

E-commerce Production Coordination:

  • Oversee sample logistics for timely delivery to shoots and maintain accurate tracking records.
  • Manage shoot logistics, styling support, and casting, including negotiating contracts and fees.
  • Serve as the main contact for external partners, ensuring alignment across production stages.

Administrative & Workflow Support:

  • Handle call sheets, invoices, and file organisation to streamline workflows.
  • Maintain naming conventions for assets and ensure systematic file storage.
  • Provide cross-departmental support to the Marketing team.

This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

ARE YOU THE ONE?
We are looking for someone with most of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3 years of production experience, ideally in fashion or creative industries (internships or freelance work acceptable).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of production processes, timelines, and workflows.
  • Proficiency with email management tools (Outlook), and advanced skills in Excel, Google Workspace, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with invoice management and budget tracking.
