Fashion Designer

We are seeking talented and creative Fashion Designers to join our London team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a keen eye for design. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and stylish clothing designs that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Fashion Design: Develop new products each season by integrating the latest fashion trends with our brand’s unique style and vision.
• Market Research: Conduct regular market research to stay updated of current fashion trends, competitor product structures, garment types, fabrics, and style details. Use this information to dynamically adjust and diversify our product categories.
• Category Development: Collaborate with buyers to understand their category development requirements and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Product Analysis: Regularly analyse and research the trends, techniques, and target demographics of the current season’s products. Apply these insights to the development of our brand’s products, ensuring precise control and calibration of materials, colours, garment types, and techniques for each style.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fashion Design or a related field
• 1-3 years proven experience as a Fashion Designer or similar role; familiarity with garment techniques and material properties are preferred
• Exceptional fashion aesthetic and trend analysis skills
• Proficiency in the application of fabrics, materials, and garment construction techniques
• Strong colour planning and fashion styling abilities
• Solid foundational knowledge of clothing design and pattern making
• A keen aesthetic sense for patterns and a strong awareness of market trends. Robust design skills with the ability to execute and deliver style concepts effectively
