Social Engagement Lead EMEA

To serve this ambition, we're expanding our stellar Social Engagement team who are the brand's front line: inspiring, interacting with and learning from our audiences every day. We're seeking a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of internet culture, a passion for the social part of social media, and an enduring belief in the potential of social platforms as venues for dialogue and delight.

Your Mission

- Lead a talented team working on fast-moving projects in different locations
- Build a culture of candid feedback, mutual trust and high performance
- Drive the EMEA social engagement strategy, aligning with our global social teams
- Create bespoke social engagement approaches for seasonal campaigns
- Evangelize the importance of social engagement across the company
- Partner with key teammates to evolve our approach to social listening

Your Story

- You have relevant experience at an agency, brand, publisher, platform or similar
- You have led high-performing teams and are passionate about developing talent
- You have spent time in comments sections, listening tools and publishing queues
- You have a point of view on social trends and how brands behave on the internet
- You are used to working in dynamic, fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
- You are fluent in English - German language (and experience) is a plus
