BOOKING TABLE ASSISTANT - PARIS

The Claw Models is seeking for a Booking Table Assistant - for its Paris Office. The position entails supporting the booking team. The successful candidate has excellent soft and social skills to build and nurture relationships with models and teams at large.

Essential Functions:

• deal with the logistics related to the activities of the models' agency  
• support the art department in the management of photographic material 
• support for the organization of scouting material 
   

EXPERIENCE AND KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

• passion for fashion world 
• excellent fluency with written and spoken English 
• Team player 
• Organizational skills 
• Good use of social networks (Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter) 
• Use of of MacOs and Microsoft operating systems 
• Knowledge of the Office package 
   
  
  Eligibility – The successful candidate must :

• Be based in Paris,
• Speak French and English  – Italian/Dutch as an advantage,
• Possess work permit to work in France.
