ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES

As a Client Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the after-sale service each week and will report to the Marketing Manager on VIP conversion campaigns and customer experience development.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the customer service inbox, and contacting clients on a regular basis to provide updates regarding the sales and special events
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of the products and services offered at Arlettie
  • Liaising directly with the Marketing Manager on customer experience feedback
  • Strategising VIP conversion and database growth campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Manager
  • Executing phoning campaigns and reporting campaign results on a dedicated CRM tool (Salesforce)
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in marketing or sales with a premium or luxury brand
  • High customer service standards
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Package
  • Analytical approach with great attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently
