Job Details
Vivienne Westwood is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing Digital Marketing team based at our Head Office in Battersea, London.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Role summary: This is a hands-on role within the digital marketing team which requires a good understanding of digital marketing within the luxury sector. It would suit someone who is genuinely passionate about digital marketing and would like to grow their knowledge across the different channels and KPIs.
Email and CRM
- Supporting the Digital Marketing Executive to execute the UK, Europe & International CRM strategy
- Data collection and analysis of the results on a bi-weekly and monthly basis
- Supporting the digital executive in creating and optimising existing email automation programme
Social Media
- Help managing and organising the work across all the social media accounts (Tik Tok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn)
- Organising and storing all assets to be used on social (editorials, influencers/celebrities)
- Tracking and monitoring influencers/celebrities and other KOL’s online communications
- Monitoring our competitors’ social activity, provide monthly snapshots on concepts, brand messaging, promotion and overall content strategy.
- Help with content proofreading
- Helping to coordinate and approve the work of our partners across their social media platforms
- Monitoring comments and interactions on our own posts
- Helping with Weibo, WeChat and Redbook planning
Website
- Testing links, inspecting pages for potential bugs or errors
- Setting up new landing pages and product landing page with the help of the Digital marketing executive, website agency and the ecommerce team
- Supporting the e-commerce team with anything related to the website and ecommerce reports
- Updating shops opening time and any other retail requests
Retail and PR
- Support the wider marketing team and the PR team to coordinate activities and report on shared campaigns
Reporting
- Update the digital budget on a regular basis, this includes keeping track of invoice payments and update our report accordingly
- Update the social media report on a weekly basis
- Update the content report on a regular basis, based on weekly content meetings, modifying the schedule if and when necessary
- Update the digital campaign report shared with the website agency
- Update the traffic and sale report on a monthly basis
- Update the social media KPI report on weekly basis
- Supporting the digital marketing executive compiling the bi-weekly and monthly reports
- Create competitor analysis report to highlight strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities
Required Skills:
- Good Knowledge of the various social media channels
- Good understanding of email marketing
- Understanding of Google analytics and main digital marketing KPI
- Understanding of paid campaigns, main metrics and KPIs – e.g. PPC, Affiliate, Social ecommerce
- Can do attitude
- Pro-active with a flexible and adaptable approach
- High attention to details
- Willingness to learn
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Effective time management
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other relevant programme, including Excel
