JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for managing and optimizing logistics in collaboration with the logistics team.

Additionally, the Manager will facilitate a smooth logistics process with the multi-channel retail and functions supporting the needs of an integrated and efficient management of national products flows partnering with merchandising and inventory planning functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Warehousing and Distribution

• Managing the inbound/outbound work flows to support Tory Burch's China retail, off-price, e-Commerce and non-merchandise operations.
• Manage flow of product from Regional Hub to China warehouse. Coordinate with business on import/ replenishment priorities, ensure smooth product flows into the warehouses. Support importation process where needed.
• Meet target operating goals set forth with the business. Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met. Establish KPIs for and conduct periodic operation reviews with service providers.
• Ensure SOPs are well maintained and up to date reflecting latest business operation requirements
• Ensure efficient and effective logistics for the different sales channels and support business projects where needed

2) Project Management & Continuous Improvement

• Assess and improve operational logistical activities
• Work closely with regional merchandising and inventory planning team to manage and improve store replenishment/ transfer schedules.
• Support ERP upgrade and DC consolidation projects

3) Others

• Conduct cost improvements initiatives (e.g. replenishment costs, as well as minimize lead times and days of stock period.
• Organize and support the wholesale seasonal order process and retail buy via the information system
• Support the budget process
• Report on results, opportunities and challenges

PROFILE

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in business, logistics or industrial engineering
• 8+ years of sector relevant experience in fashion industry, with exposure in e-Commerce
• Hands on experience in E-commerce and omni-channel logistics
• Good understanding to China customs regulations, experience with FTA implementation a plus
• Excellent organizational and communications skills, ability to work with cross functional teams to support strategic goals, resolve challenges or implement improvements
• Self-motivated, with ability to thrive in a hands-on, face paced environment
• Numeric and detail oriented, ability to work with logistics data and performance analysis
• High-proficiency and deep knowledge of SAP systems and implementations.
• MS Office and advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese
