POSITION SUMMARY:

To act as specialist to monitoring E-commerce related Logistics process
Arrange and managing routine through different warehouse
To support Supervisor, Distribution for logistic data collection and operation KPI report and drive improvement actions as well as process improvement projects

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Cover all CK & TH all Retail/ Consignment Channel & Ecommerce DC

Coordinate with Retail and E-commerce team, merchandise team to ensure the allocated goods are picked accurately shipped out timely to meet target KPI.
Work with 3PL service providers to supervise & streamline the deliveries of merchandises to PVH E-com fulfillment center on a regular basis or according to our requirements.
On-site monitoring and coordinating E-com warehouse operations during the big promotion.
Participates in on-going implementation of cost control/logistic expense analysis and operational procedures in order to increase service levels.
Responsible for periodic physical inventory taking with 3PL distribution centers, reconciling and report them to management, and make necessary adjustments.
On-going study and seek enhancement on E-com operation SOP (e.g. QC process, DC layout...)

KEY COMPETENCIES:

Strong Data Analysis capability, experience on data mining tools such as Matalab, Python will be a plus
Communication skills with both internal and external customers, different level staff
Self-discipline and target oriented
Well-organized and open-minded character The ability to work under pressure independently and to tight deadlines maintaining attention to detail
Responsible, well-organized, time management, strong sense of team-work

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

At least 3+ years working experience of shipping/logistics operations in retail industry. Apparel/Retail industry working experience is preferred

Skills:

Team work with good communication skill with both internal and external parties in local language as well as in English (both written /reading and verbal)
Familiar with retail operation in logistic, distributions and warehouse management, with Ecommerce , Cross board trading experience will be a plus
Solid knowledge in transportation and inventory accuracy management

Education:

University or above graduated in international trading /industrial engineering / or logistics Management.
