Based in Studio Nicholson Office with regular visits to Third Party Warehouse

The Role:

This will include

  • Working with Production Team re completion of production.  Close working knowledge of production schedule required.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding packing lists and pick up details
  • Organise direct from supplier deliveries to distributors
  • Advise SN warehouse of shipment details and obtain booking reference
  • Manage ASN’s, create packing lists, book delivery slots
  • Ensure HTS codes and all other customs requirements are met
  • Regularly review freight rates and other transportation costs.
  • Liaise with Production and Ops team re shipment shortages/issues etc.
  • Update and maintain goods in transit/received schedule in Zedonk
  • Work closely with SN warehouse Account Manager to ensure goods are booked in in a timely manner
  • Liaise with Operations team to prioritise outbound deliveries to wholesale accounts.
  • Oversee SN warehouse wholesale outbound.
  • Manage RTV’s, stock swaps, ATS orders working with Wholesale Manager

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 5 years distribution/supply chain experience working for a luxury or premium fashion retailer
  • Familiar with sales order life cycle management, supply chain, warehouse operations, stock control, order allocation and fulfilment and carrier management.
  • History of working with inbound and outbound delivery flows and improving processes in place.
  • Zedonk experience desirable
