Job Details
Our Milan-based lifestyle brand is seeking an Export & Logistics Specialist to become a fundamental member of our global export and logistics team.
Ideal candidates will bring operational expertise, genuine positive energy, and strong organizational skills to the team.
This individual will report to the Logistics Manager and will be their support system and key partner, bringing operational acumen and strong attention to detail.
Experience working within a fast-paced growth-oriented company on the international stage and an understanding of luxury lifestyle brands are musts.
What you'll do:
- B2B shipments and accompanying paperwork (invoice, delivery note, customs bill, return, credit note, importation)
- Client database maintenance regarding shipping requirements and contacts
- Allocations and sending picking list to the warehouse according to B2B client instructions
- Monitoring orders’ pick up and tracking shipments
- Credit recovery and balance payment
- Updating stock and sending ATS to clients
- Keeping our office warehouse tidy and organised
- Protecting items and materials in our office warehouse
- Checking the stock for the monthly inventory
- Physical inventory every three months
- Office warehouse mapping
- Sending and returning goods from and to our Office/Pop up/ Events/Shooting
- Organizing all merchandise movements making the correspondent paperwork (proforma, delivery notes, Air waybill)
- Update stock and ensuring accuracy between all systems
- Updating gift and loan files to be aligned with our system
- Sending manual picking lists to the warehouse to meet our offices needs
- Placing packaging orders and all the material necessary to arrange shipments
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in export and logistics
- Must be able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Be willing to adapt and collaborate
- Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office/Stealth Go/PLM management systems)
- Have a positive attitude to work
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Italian language fluency, English language proficiency
