Logistics Manager

Nanushka is looking for a talented Logistics Manager to join our Budapest team.

Tasks:

• Manage and develop the logistics team (mainly the transportation team)
• Communicate and negotiate with logistics suppliers
• Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements (cost-saving solutions, logistics automation initiatives, the budget calculation for business planning, quote calculation system, ERP integration, etc.)
• Ensure timely delivery to all destinations with the logistics team
• Ensure that logistics-related costs are within the budget- Ensure that the operation fully complies with all the laws, rules and regulations
• Ensure that all the administration of the team is constantly being updated (maintain and develop transfer and cost databases, etc.)
• Support all import and export-related activities (mainly transportation and related tasks)
• Identify and implement new solutions and relationships with potential new suppliers
• Constantly seeking efficiency
• Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met
• Participate and plan in Company's projects (expansion, seasonal cost estimation, etc)
• Communicate and work with related departments (commercial departments, supply chain, finance)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management / logistics / business administration / transportation / engineering
• 3-5 years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations
• Professional English is a must
• Experience in Customs clearance is a must
• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Strong team player
• Ability to manage a team and able to provide direct assignments and reports
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Experience in global logistics solutions is an advantage
• Experience in logistics in China is an advantage
• First Sale Rule knowledge is an advantage
• Fashion industry experience is a big advantage
• Working knowledge/experience of logistics software and ERP (Microsoft Navision is an advantage)
