Photo Studio Manager (eCommerce)

Firusas.com is an e-commerce startup targeting premium fashion brands to women in Europe. We are now looking for a creative individual as Photo Studio Manager with great organizational skills to join the team. Somebody who is looking to progress and develop their career within a fast-growing and dynamic company.
 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day studio production operations, collaborate with Styling and Post Production to create compelling eCommerce imagery.
• Mark-up imagery with clear and informative direction for retouching.
• Book and manage teams – Stylists, Makeup Artists, Models.Lead teams and provide on set support for all teams, ensuring the studio runs smoothly.
• Create call sheets and a detailed shoot schedule to be sent out prior to the shoot.
• Organise the transfer of the collection from the studio to the outdoor shoot location.
• Manage photo production budgets.
• Ensures studio equipment and adequate supply levels are maintained. 
• Continuously research opportunities to increase efficiency and quality of our photographic and digital assets and recommend areas for improvement. 
   

Job Qualifications: 

• Leadership Capability
• Experience in managing teams.
• Experience in Product Photography or Fashion.
• E-commerce experience within fashion retail would be an advantage
• Highly organised.
• Flexible, self-motivated, positive and hard working.
• Ability to multi task and work independently
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills - professional in English and German
