SKIMS is looking for a Performance Digital Designer to join our team.

The Performance Digital Designer will be responsible for creating all digital assets for our paid advertising and email campaigns. The right candidate is an expert in design that drives direct response and business performance. You can quickly learn and adapt to the brand’s aesthetics while leveraging performance design best practices to create thumb-stopping, action-driving creative.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create assets for all paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and web display banners.
  • Create assets and design new templates for emails.
  • Design landing pages for ad and email campaigns.
  • Work with performance marketing team to drive insights and learnings from creative tests, as well as building a creative testing agenda for upcoming product drops and marketing campaigns.
  • Brainstorm and research new ad concepts and ideas to make sure our campaigns are always evolving and driving results in a constantly changing digital landscape.
  • Communicate creative learnings and insights to broader team.
  • Stay in close communication with media vendors, agencies and their creative teams to learn about best practices, new features, new ad placements.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in digital design for social media, web and email marketing. 
  • Experience with graphic design, motion design, UX/UI design and video editing. 
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and other packages
  • Basic understanding of digital creative KPIs such as click-through rate, open rate, conversion rate, etc.
  • Familiarity with a test and learn creative framework: continue looking to iterate and find the next new winner.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and fast turnaround. 
  • Excellent organization and communication skills. This role will be highly cross-functional with involvement in multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Wrike, etc.
  • A passion for great content and the latest trends on the internet.
