Who We Are

NADINE MERABI was designed out of necessity and created by a woman with a vision. Nadine Merabi is a self-taught seamstress and businesswoman, driven by the desire to create luxury, forward-thinking and conscious fashion where she saw a space in the industry. Partnered by Blue Wilson, an innovative International Business graduate, Nadine and Blue are trailblazers for the future of fashion. Proving that not only can quality lines be fair and inclusive, but that their workspaces can also nurture healthy and empowering working cultures, which trickle down to the consumer who is, at every point, the muse of each piece that they create.

Where the Graphic Designer Fits

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join Team MERABI to bring our brand to life. You’ll be joining the team at an exciting time as the brand is experiencing strong global growth. The successful candidate will work within our passionate marketing team to create all designed collateral for our brand. Following and developing our brand guidelines, you will be responsible for all asset creation throughout the whole brand from websites, printed materials to packaging. Reporting to the Head of Brand & Marketing, you will work closely with the Marketing Team and Creative Director to ensure the brand is correctly represented across all touchpoints. You must be able to work independently, as well as within a team with a close eye for detail. 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop all brand collateral in both print and digital including banners, socials posts, presentations, lookbooks, newsletters and packaging. 
• Work within and develop the brand guidelines, ensuring they accurately represent our company values. 
• Understand our client and key opportunities for tailored and focused engagement. 
• Develop moving images such as gifs, videos and animations. 
• Make selects and retouch and images. 

Skills & Experience

• Entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, creative mindset with a can-do mentality and a hunger to develop new skills in graphic design. 
• Highly organised with the ability to manage your time and your workload effectively. 
• An exceptional eye for detail and passion for current and future design trends. 
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a graphic designer. 
• High proficient in using the Adobe Creative Suite products, specifically; Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Quickly and accurately respond to briefs with imagination. 
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written English and meticulous attention to detail when proof-reading any brand material.
• Intellectually curious, with the initiative to look up and learn how to do new things if you’re unsure or have questions. 
• Ability to create designs in repeat and in a printable format, separation skills would be a bonus.
