Job Details

-Review and process vendors/employee payment according to company policy and procedure

-Participate in ERP implementation and set-up. Maintain related ERP data master file

-Manage cash receipt and disbursement. Create monthly cash forecast. Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation

-Reconcile with stores on daily sales. Issue invoices correctly and timely

-Close for month-end, prepare all related periodic statutory reports per local accounting and tax regulation

-Support internal/external audit, compliance, and taxation activities

-Manage finance record including vouchers and government filing documentation

-Manager external agency and outsourced service as necessary

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance

-Minimum 8 years of experience in retail business, preferably in fashion retail or other relevant industry (MNC working experience is preferable)

-Able to read and write in English effectively

-Able to communicate policy, procedure, process, and requirement effectively in simplest term to all employees in both Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese

-Accounting ERP operational experience is required

-Prior retail accounting experience from a combination of roles (such as account receivable, account payable, cash management, general ledger and tax filing) at reputable company is preferred

-Independent, hands-on and well-organized

-Familiar with one-man band working style

-Support business while also maintain control and high-integrity as our single point of contract of finance in Hong Kong-
